Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Supervisor Distribution Center for its Berlin-based Distribution Center. This role focuses on optimizing operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for running the DC operations which involves multiple functions like: Receiving, putaway, dispatch, inventory control & quality.
• Optimize and improve processes to reach the KPIs targets.
• Accountable for health & safety, stock levels, availability, and cost among many other KPIs.
• Work closely with demand planner, commercial, operations, procurement, inventory control & finance.
• Manage ~20-30 employees, and is responsible for monthly connects, development plans, and attendance.
• Oversee inventory, availability, and cost.
• Collaborate with the demand planning team to optimize on purchases, availability, and inventory.
• Work with the finance team to optimize the operating costs.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in warehousing & DC.
• Solid knowledge of all DC operations, inventory control, and basic finance knowledge.
• Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
• Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Language Skills: Very Good English would be highly advantageous.
• Computer Skills: Very Good in Excel, ERP system.
