About the Role

Department

Within Operations, the Infrastructure department is responsible for realizing all customer connections with Eurofiber's fiber optic network. We work in a project and process-oriented manner, allowing us to operate reliably and efficiently.

Your Role

As a Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation (capacity, processes, systems, knowledge transfer), monitoring, and evaluation of contractual agreements with our subcontractors.

Supplier Management

• Follow up and evaluate all relevant aspects, including service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate periodic evaluations between Eurofiber and subcontractors.
• Engage with suppliers when performance does not meet agreements and subsequently take temporary measures to improve performance.
• Advise management on the selection and long-term use, as well as the scaling up and down of suppliers.
• Initiate and coordinate changes related to operational contract agreements between Eurofiber and subcontractors.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure open communication and proactively address issues.
• Regularly assess supplier performance and initiate improvements where necessary.

Risk Management

• Identify and assess risks and implement measures to avoid them.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with internal departments, such as Procurement and Project Management, to optimize synergy and internal processes.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• You have five to seven years of relevant work experience in a role where customer-supplier relationships were central and are familiar with performance measurements.
• You speak and write Dutch, French, and English fluently.
• You are customer-oriented and possess excellent negotiation skills and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• You are proactive, self-directed, and flexible, allowing you to respond adequately to rapidly changing market conditions.
