About the Position

Supplier Manager

Eurofiber is seeking a Supplier Manager to oversee contractual agreements with subcontractors, ensuring performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Assessment
  • Following up and evaluating all relevant aspects, including service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinating the periodic evaluations between Eurofiber and subcontractors.
  • Engaging in dialogue with suppliers if performance is not in compliance with the agreement and imposing temporary measures to improve performance.
  • Advising management regarding the selection and long-term use/up- and downgrading of suppliers.
  • Initiating and coordinating changes in relation to operational contract agreements between Eurofiber and subcontractors.
• Customer Relationship Management
  • Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers to secure an open communication channel and proactively address any issues.
  • Conducting regular supplier performance assessments and initiating improvements if necessary.
• Risk Management
  • Identifying and assessing risks and implementing measures to avoid these risks.
• Internal Collaboration
  • Working closely with internal departments, such as Purchase and Project Management, to optimize synergy and internal processes.

Requirements

• Education and Experience
  • Five to seven years of relevant work experience in a position that clearly involved a customer-supplier relationship and familiarity with performance measurements.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Customer focus and excellent negotiating, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, self-managing, and flexible to respond adequately to rapidly changing market conditions.
