If you've built, scaled, or optimized driver supply in Ride-Hailing, Mobility, Last-Mile Delivery or Marketplace platforms, this could be your next challenge.

Responsibilities

You'll thrive here if you have proven track record of:

Turning KPIs into business decisions that drive marketplace growth (ride hailing).
Scaling driver acquisition while building long-term retention strategies.
Optimizing marketplace health by balancing driver supply and customer demand.
Designing and executing growth strategies-not just managing day-to-day operations.
Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams with a strong ownership mindset.
Influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders across local and regional teams, including Hong Kong.
Challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities, and continuously improving processes through data and innovation.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

4+ years in Growth, Ride-hailing Marketplace, Operations, last delivery.
Experience managing driver/courier supply in ride-hailing, last mile, delivery, or similar platforms (SAS).
Proven experience optimizing: Driver acquisition, Driver activation, Driver retention, Incentives, Utilization, Fulfillment.
Strong leadership experience.
Advanced Excel and analytical mindset.
Fluent English (daily collaboration with regional teams).

Salary

$90,000 - $120,000 a month
