Support Engineer II
We are looking for a technically minded professional with strong communication skills and an advanced level of English to join our support environment.
Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning? We are looking for a technically minded professional with strong communication skills and an advanced level of English to join our support environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a technical background who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and working in an international context where English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Support engineers remotely when required.
- Read and interpret technical documentation, manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Technical background (Vocational Training, Technical Degree, or equivalent)
- Advanced English level (C1 or higher)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems
- Self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Experience or knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Linux and Windows environments
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Server installation and administration
- PLC programming
- Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Troubleshooting PLC, VFD, and HMI systems
- ITIL certification
- Industrial printing knowledge
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00, plus 1 weekend per month (6:00 to 18:00).
Travel
Up to 25% travel may be required.
