About the Position

Support Manager (Поліщук)

Golden Staff, a leading company in corporate language training, is looking for a Support Manager to join our team. We work with major national and international companies such as Credit Agricole, Amway, Coca-Cola, Grammarly, DHL, WOG, Platika, and ДТЕК.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Handling business correspondence with clients
• Organizing training projects in a timely manner
• Coordinating training project schedules and selecting instructors
• Distributing educational materials to groups and instructors
• Communicating with students in both Ukrainian and English

Requirements

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Can work in a multitasking environment
• Has a good command of English (Intermediate level)
• Is proficient in using Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and Bitrix24
• Has strong listening and understanding skills
• Possesses customer-oriented skills
• Is friendly and positive

Working Conditions

• 5-day workweek, 8-hour workday (schedule from 9:00-18:00)
