About the Job
On February 1, 2027, Norlandia Care will take over the operations of Arna helseheim. We are now seeking nurses who want to help develop the professional environment and services further.

Some of Your Tasks Will Be
- Clinical observations, assessments, and implementing necessary measures
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for each resident
- Following up on medication management, documentation, and professional procedures
- Collaborating with doctors, relatives, and other professional groups
- Guiding colleagues, students, and trainees
- Contributing to our systematic quality and improvement work
We Are Looking for You Who
- Has a Norwegian nursing license
- Has good Norwegian language skills, minimum level B2
- Is curious about how technology and new work methods can support good nursing care
- Makes good clinical assessments and works in a structured manner
- Takes responsibility and is confident in your role
- Collaborates well and wants to contribute to developing the professional environment
Experience in elderly care is an advantage, but we also want to hear from newly graduated nurses!
Opportunity for Early Start
Norlandia Care will take over the operations of Arna helseheim on February 1, 2027, but you can start with us before the takeover. We will agree on the time and details.
About Arna helseheim
- 100 long-term places distributed across two departments and two buildings: Stølsvegen and Utløbakken
- Centrally located in Indre Arna, approximately 15 minutes' walk from the train station and Øyrane Square
- Scenic surroundings with terraces and gardens for residents and visitors
- A varied activity program including concerts, tours, and intergenerational meetings
