About the Position

Join TMC as a Systeemingenieur to manage system requirements and product configuration in a dynamic, international environment. You will be responsible for system requirements and product configuration management, supporting multidisciplinary teams (SW, HW, V&V) throughout the entire Product Development Lifecycle using the V-model approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and product configuration
• Support multidisciplinary teams (SW, HW, V&V) throughout the Product Development Lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with Functional Safety ISO26262 and/or ASPICE standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Elektrotechniek/Elektronica, Autotechniek, Mechatronica or related fields
• Knowledge of ECUs, body electronics, sensors/actuators, infotainment systems, and ADAS components
• Knowledge of Functional Safety ISO26262 and/or ASPICE standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support root cause analysis
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Availability for national and international travel
• Fluency in both Italian (C1) and English

• A fixed employment contract
• A gross annual salary of at least €35,000, in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Trade – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services
• A competitive compensation package including a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual training and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance
