System Analyst

About the Position

We are currently seeking a System Analyst for our client, an international company providing tech solutions for various industries, based in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and end-users to define system requirements and business objectives;
• Create technical documentation and communicate with project stakeholders and team members;
• Develop specifications, conceptual documentation, technical documentation, and end-user documentation;
• Manage non-functional requirements;
• Analyze the current system environment;
• Create system models, diagrams, and charts to guide the development team;
• Participate in system design, prototyping, testing, and change management;
• Support the deployment process, customization, and post-production support of new solutions;

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience;
• Experience in system analysis and web application development, e.g., in JAVA;
• Knowledge of integration patterns;
• Familiarity with application servers and JAVA (e.g., Wildfly);
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Highly developed communication skills;
• Higher education;
• Analytical skills;
