System Specialist - Sales & Service

Hägglunds, a part of Bosch Rexroth with over 50 years of experience in developing and manufacturing hydraulic drive systems and solutions for demanding industrial applications worldwide, is looking for a System Specialist in Sales & Service. Our customers are in sectors such as recycling, material handling, and process industry, where operational reliability, technical quality, and customer adaptation are crucial.

Our main office and primary production are located in Mellansel, just outside Örnsköldsvik. Here, the entire value chain is gathered under one roof – from development and construction to production, sales, and service. Hägglunds has around 700 employees globally, with about 350 working in Mellansel.

As a System Specialist, you will play a central role in developing the systems and working methods that support our global sales and service operations. With a role of great personal responsibility, international contacts, and close cooperation with the business, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in an organization with high ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, management, and improvement of digital tools in sales and service.
• Capture the needs of the business and translate them into development initiatives and improvements.
• Coordinate work between users, IT, and external suppliers.
• Ensure that systems, processes, and working methods support business goals and meet requirements such as access management and data protection.
• Train and support users and contribute to the effective use of our digital solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant university or college education in IT, systems science, data science, industrial economics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in or near business-critical systems and digital tools.
• Good understanding of how business needs can be translated into digital solutions and efficient working methods.
• Good habit of working in Microsoft 365 and other digital work tools.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in system ownership, application management, or similar responsibilities.
• Experience in change management, system implementations, or improvement projects.
• Experience in training and supporting users.
• Experience with business-critical systems in sales, service, or aftermarket.
• Knowledge in SAP, Tacton, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
