Responsibilities

• Support the Hiring Process for our Emmies across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning, and scheduling.
• Learn to use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other resources to improve recruiting KPIs and candidate experience.
• Assess candidates and their fit for our roles based on their profile and performance during interviews.
• Progressively manage end-to-end process for a number of Intern open roles and gain a deeper understanding of how we hire at Emma.
• Receive training to become a trusted interviewer for Internship roles across commercial, operational, and product teams.
• Cooperate within a multicultural team and with a variety of senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Available to start 1st of November 2026.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, mainly Excel.
• Critical thinking and a continuous improvement approach to day-to-day tasks.
• People-oriented and thrive through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to create structure, strong hands-on execution, problem-solving skills, and result-orientation.
• Currently completing or just finished a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or its equivalent.
• Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
