We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow Talent Acquisition to join our Recruitment Team in Lisbon - a hybrid model - where you can grow professionally and take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates that comply with our culture and vision
- Being the owner of a differentiating Recruitment Process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify key needs and requirements
- Conducting application screenings and interviews
- Creating and maintaining a Talent Pipeline
- Keeping candidates and all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the selection process
- Providing inputs and ideas to the team
Requirements
- Be people-driven
- Have experience recruiting IT profiles (max. 2 years)
- Have experience with ATS
- Face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
- Develop your emotional intelligence
- Orientation towards objectives and results
- Ability to communicate in English
- Willing to go to the office (3 times/week)
