Workwise GmbH, a leading integrator for automated warehouse solutions, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for Intralogistik/Technik. Join our team in Offenau, Germany, and contribute to optimizing logistics and warehouse operations for our clients across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process from identifying personnel needs to successful onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to determine current and future staffing needs.
• Develop effective recruiting strategies for technical positions.
• Create compelling job advertisements and recruiting campaigns, and proactively reach out to suitable candidates through social recruiting, networking, and direct search.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews and oversee the entire selection process.

Requirements

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic hands-on approach.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with various teams.
• Genuine enthusiasm for attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Fluency in German and advanced English skills; Dutch is a plus.
