About the Position
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for non-tech positions to join our international team.
Responsibilities
- Build a diverse pool of active and passive candidates through proactive market research, candidate relationship management, active search methods, referrals from employees and managers, and the use of various job boards.
- Thoroughly vet candidates and recommend the most effective interview panels to reduce time from selection to offer.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring.
- Prioritize candidate experience by ensuring timely and effective communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for non-tech positions.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles.
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English.
- Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
- High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling.
- Experience working in an international organization with competing priorities.
