ROCKWOOL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our North American Talent Acquisition team.

Location: Chicago, IL (60638)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Monday – Thursday in the office | Friday remote

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support full-cycle recruitment activities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Support campus recruiting, career fairs, and employer branding activities
• Coordinate interviews, offer logistics, onboarding activities, and pre-employment requirements
• Manage the North America background check process
• Facilitate local new employee orientation and support select HR initiatives
• Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports
• Process candidate travel and expense reimbursements
• Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• One or more years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, required, with additional experience in HR a plus
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Workday or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred

We Offer

• Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and market data.
