Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and effectiveness of human resources according to company’s objectives and compliance requirements;
• Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent using various mediums including web-based technology and social media;
• Job/position analysis with C&B and recruitment plan;
• Manage candidate attraction campaigns;
• Creatively leverage all potential channels to source top quality applicants;
• Receive and manage job applications;
• Organize interviews and other selected recruitment tools;
• Liaise with applicants and ensure a positive experience during the selection process;
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders;
• Support the onboarding process and ensure the orientation days take place smoothly for each candidate selected for the role;
• Pro-actively and professionally represent Evolution in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates;
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline;
• Manage exit interviews and analyze the results;
• Manage recruitment and selection service suppliers; ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business;
• Promote best recruitment practices, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service;
• Analyze recruitment software and functionality that follows up with candidates during the recruitment process flow and recommend improvements or changes;
• Consult managers and employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation;
• Create close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations;
• Respond to all department inquiries in accordance with the corporate standards and correct writing style, as well as responsible for making right recommendations within assigned authority.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferable in business administration, psychology, or other related fields;
• At least 1 year’s experience in the recruitment area;
• Professional working proficiency in English and Georgian (written and verbal);
• Expertise in the labor market, recruitment channels, and selection tools (interviews, tests, etc.);
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc.;
• Personal competencies: self-driven, excellent time management and prioritization, and good organization skills;
• Good negotiation and well-developed problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a team and grow in the role.
