Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruiting best practices
