Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Evolution, a market-leading Swedish company in online casino entertainment. If you are passionate about recruitment and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on board.

Responsibilities

• Fully involve in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via various mediums.
• Recruit a large number of employees, ensuring alignment with position requirements and company quality standards.
• Liaise with other departments to achieve talent acquisition goals.
• Manage the talent acquisition process, including screening CVs, setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews, updating internal systems, and advertising available positions.
• Suggest and implement ideas or improvements specific to the recruitment team.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with universities and other talent sources.
• Push forward attraction and talent selection concepts.
• Cooperate with the Employer Branding and Internal Communications team to find the best channels and activities for talent acquisition.
• Think creatively and out of the box in daily duties, always considering the needs and requirements of the business.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a recruiter’s role, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development.
• A good team player with the ability to deliver both group and individual results.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking, and excellent organization skills.
• Willingness to support the team and learn more.
