Identify, search, and engage different types of IT specialists
Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project, and hiring manager/customer interviews)
Conduct IT market research
Pre-screen candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements
Interview candidates using different soft skills methods
Keep and update an internal database of candidates

2+ years of commercial experience in a similar role at in-house recruiting; experience as a full life-cycle recruiter
Good sourcing skills and knowledge
A strong candidate network across multiple verticals and demonstrable experience turning passive prospects into active candidates
A focus on results with the ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate spoken English
