About the Position

We are hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Medellin

• Medellín, Colombia
• Full-time position

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for our Game Presenters roles.
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs.
• Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes.
• Take part in active massive sourcing.
• Set up and maintain recruitment systems.
• Coordinate and ensure the completion of all required documentation throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire documentation in accordance with internal processes and requirements.

Requirements

• 2 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• Previous experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with Talent acquisition KPI's.
• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia.
• Passion for massive talent attraction and recruitment.
• Achievement-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company.

Nice to Have

• Experience in recruiting for the gaming industry.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
