About the Position
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Platform & SRE, IT department to source, screen, and interview candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the hiring process by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates for the Tech department
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure successful hires
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for Technical positions
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English
