About the Position

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Evolution, a market-leading developer and provider of products and services for online casino entertainment. This role is full-time and based in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage appropriate recruitment channels for vacancies
• Design and post recruitment advertisements based on discussions with department heads
• Select candidates based on CVs, according to the candidate profile and job requirements
• Contact selected candidates to schedule interviews
• Actively participate in the interview and selection process of candidates
• Evaluate and propose selected candidates to the managers
• Administer and ensure the updating of the candidate database
• Inform candidates about the outcome of the selection process
• Provide support within the company regarding the recruitment process and internal evaluation of people
• Conduct new employee inductions, including presentations of the company, employee benefits, internal processes, and procedures
• Follow-up at intervals after integration to get feedback and ideas for process improvement
• Organize exit interviews and make proposals for optimization based on the information obtained
• Innovate and implement in recruitment methods and channels
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of projects
• Carry out various administrative activities requested by management and the group
• Assist and participate in HR Department projects

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Windows operating system and Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet
• Minimum 1 year experience in Evolution
• Good knowledge of recruitment methods
• Very good analysis and synthesis skills, attention to details
• Ability to organize and plan
• Mature, balanced, proactive, responsible person
• Maintain work plans, deadlines, reports, and budgets for assigned projects
• Organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Professional integrity (impartial professional attitude, ethical profile)
• Increased responsiveness to professional requests
