About the Position
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Partner to join our HR & Recruitment team, focusing on senior and niche IT hiring.
About AltexSoft
We’re looking for a TA specialist who enjoys working on roles where things are not straightforward. Most of our hiring is focused on senior and niche IT positions, where success comes from persistence, creativity, and strong judgment. This role comes with real challenges - and real impact for the right person.
About the Project
You'll join a TA team focused on senior and niche IT hiring - the kind of roles that don't follow a template. This isn't high-volume, repetitive recruiting; it's about finding the right person for positions where the bar is high and the search itself is often the hard part. You'll work closely with hiring managers, own the process end-to-end, and have real influence over how each search is run.
Responsibilities
- Own hiring for senior and hard-to-fill IT roles
- Run full-cycle recruitment with a focus on quality and speed
- Work closely with hiring managers to move roles forward and unblock decisions
- Navigate ambiguity and bring structure into complex hiring processes
- Experiment with your own approach rather than follow a fixed playbook
Requirements
- Strong background in IT recruiting
- Experience with senior and niche roles
- Ability to stay effective in fast-changing environments
- High ownership and internal drive
- Good judgment - knowing when to push, when to adjust, and when to rethink approach
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for specialized technical domains (e.g. infrastructure, data, security, or engineering leadership)
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies for low-supply, high-demand talent pools
- Experience working in fast-changing or early-stage environments
- A network or track record in niche IT communities
