About the Position
Talent Acquisition Specialist \ Technical Recruiter
Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Remote
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle of the recruiting process
- Conduct screening interviews with candidates and participate in technical interviews with tech experts
- Provide candidates with feedback after each interview stage
- Ensure the effectiveness of the recruiting process and recommend improvements
- Maintain long-term relationships with potential future candidates
- Post vacancies on internet job sources and update information in the database
- Maintain the database of candidates and recruitment-related reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
- Understanding of basic IT Technologies terminology
- Knowledge of how to search for the best talents in the IT world, confidentiality in communication with candidates via different messengers and sites
- Experience in the full-cycle IT recruitment process
- Familiarity with ATS System
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to effectively collaborate with other team members
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English

We have no limitations about the location of searching, or other strict restrictions; on average, we have 3-4 ongoing vacancies per one Recruiter. Our Engineers are working with the cutting-edge stack, which is a huge plus for you 🙂
You will have a team of 2 Recruiters beside you, and you will work directly with the Tech Team.
