Responsibilities

• Coordinate/lead the work of the recruiting team. Be responsible for professional and disciplinary management of recruiters.
• Develop & train team members.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for support and operational roles, from job posting to accepted offer.
• Deliver hiring results aligned with defined KPIs (e.g., SLA Time to hire, time-to-fill) individually and as a team effort.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while meeting volume and quality targets.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring efficiency and meet demand forecasts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in coordinating multiple recruiting processes and/or leading a recruiting team.
• Experience recruiting for the USA and/or LATAM market, preferably hiring for IT roles.
• End-to-end recruiting experience in a high-volume or KPI-driven environment.
• Proven track record of supporting volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions under time pressure.
• Clear and professional communication skills (English C1).
• Amenable to work on a night shift period to match US hours.
• Amenable to work in the office - North Tower 1 Bldg. SM North EDSA.
