Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing recruitment needs and define job profiles in collaboration with Hiring Managers, overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and ensure the highest level of Candidate Experience at every stage of the process.
• Reach out to top candidates through direct search, using industry portals and social media.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners, the employer branding department, and Hiring Managers.
• Draft and publish job advertisements.
• Create reports and summaries related to recruitment projects.
• Participate in the development of internal recruitment tools and seek new solutions to improve the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding activities and marketing campaigns aimed at attracting candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in independently managing recruitment processes for IT positions.
• Ability to effectively reach passive candidates and build a talent pipeline using direct search (LinkedIn Corporate).
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills, allowing efficient management of multiple processes (8-15 processes) simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Passion for organized processes and ensuring that work with the ATS system is the foundation for effective communication with the team and candidates.
• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience with recruitment agencies is a plus.
