Talent Partner

Anima is on a mission to revolutionize personalized medicine and human wellbeing. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Partner to join our team in London, UK. If you are driven by the desire to make a significant impact and believe in the power of breakthrough technology, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Ensure every open role has a live pipeline with at least 5 qualified candidates, 2 in technical/non-technical interview stages, and zero open roles without active candidates for more than 7 days.
• Candidate Sourcing: Attract the best candidates through direct outbound, referrals, 3rd-party talent partners, events, community engagement, and inbound applications.
• System Optimization: Tune our ATS (Ashby) with consistent stages, interview plans, scorecards, and reporting. Ensure fast triage of direct applications and active management of hiring managers' pipelines.
• Closing Candidates: Achieve a 95%+ offer acceptance rate and fast time-to-fill. Develop and execute written sell plans for final-stage candidates.
• Analytics and Learning: Set up live hiring dashboards and analytics. Conduct 90-day reviews on every hire and maintain a regret-hire rate below 10%.

Requirements

• Experience: Sourced and hired technical roles in a high-bar company.
• Communication: Excellent written communication skills and ability to write cold outbound that resonates with senior technical candidates.
• ATS Management: Experience in setting up and running a hiring function as a system, configuring an ATS like Ashby.
• Closing Skills: Proven track record in closing senior candidates against competing offers.
• Third-Party Management: Experience in selecting and managing third-party search partners.
• Data Proficiency: Comfortable with numbers and capable of creating dashboards and reporting.

• Referrals: Experience in setting up successful referral programs.
• Events: Experience in hosting or co-branded events, hackathons, conferences, dinners, or meetups.
• Community Engagement: Consistent presence in communities where top talent resides.
• Hiring Analytics: Experience in implementing performance-marketing practices in hiring pipelines.
