About the Position

T&M New Logo Sales Executive - Simulation Software

Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, is seeking a New Logo Sales Executive for our SIMULIA Sales team. This role is based in Royal Oak, MI, United States and offers a flexible location.

Responsibilities

Communicate SIMULIA value directly by taking a bottom-up and/or top-down approach
Generate growth in sales priority areas defined by sales initiatives as determined by SIMULIA Brand / Industries
Extend sales reach to SIMULIA industry domains and segments other than those in primary scope by involving company ecosystem as appropriate
Create and develop high value and trusted relationships with Customer’s Champions and facilitate access to Customer’s Executives
Transform Marketing and Sales leads into opportunities
Create and manage the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the 3DS processes to achieve revenue plan
Manage the negotiation with the customer while complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, company policies and ethical standards for doing business
Provide an accurate forecast for rolling quarters and fiscal year

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years’ experience in technical software sales and/or business development (simulation highly preferred)
Strong prospecting skills
Experience managing large enterprise accounts
Experience closing business in white space
Effective Relationship Building Skills
Effective Presentation Skills
Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Learning Mentality
Ability to Travel up to 50%
