About the Position
Masons Traffic, a part of the Masons Group ecosystem with over 7 years of experience in arbitrage and traffic purchasing, is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to join our team. We offer a turnkey infrastructure: our own creative production, an internal agency with advertising offices, a tech department, and a strong BizDev team. We focus on systemic profit, scale, and real results. We are currently seeking a Team Lead who can build a team, processes, and multiply profits in the Gambling vertical.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Task assignment, monitoring, and development.
- Process Building and Optimization: Within the team.
- Personal Upload and Scaling of Work Connections:
- Responsibility for Team Profit:
- Testing New Hypotheses, Strategies, and Funnels:
- In-depth Analysis of Uploads: By all key metrics (CR, CPA, ROI, LTV, etc.).
- Working with Facebook Ads (Andromeda): Scaling volumes.
- Interaction with Creative, Tech, and Affiliate Departments:

Requirements
- Experience in Managing a Team of Buyers:
- Confident Work with Facebook Ads in Gambling:
- Understanding of Current FB Realities: (Not "how it was before").
- Ability to Work with Volumes and Maintain Quality:
- Recent Cases in the Last 3 Months:
- Thinking in Numbers and Making Decisions Based on Analytics:
