As Team Lead, you will be responsible for a strong specialist team while continuing to work both strategically and operationally with Paid Social across 29 markets.

What We Offer You

You will be the Team Lead for an engaged and ambitious team consisting of three Paid Social specialists and one coordinator, working with Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will also be part of a larger media team responsible for our other digital channels such as programmatic, search, and email marketing.

You will have your daily work at our main office in Aarhus where you will play a central role in further developing our global Paid Social setup, ensuring strong collaboration between your team, internal stakeholders, and external partners. You will help drive innovation and execution of the highest quality, creating an environment where the team develops, thrives, and succeeds together.

What Your Next Job Entails

As Team Lead, you will be both a professional sparring partner and leader for the team. You will help set the direction, create the best framework for your employees, and ensure that Paid Social continues to deliver strong results.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Paid Social specialists and creating a culture characterized by collaboration, development, and high professionalism
• Responsibility for further developing our Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest with a focus on business impact
• Driving performance through data-driven optimization, testing, automation, and scaling
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strong integration and coordination across markets and channels
• Keeping the organization at the forefront of Paid Social development and translating new opportunities into concrete initiatives

What We Expect From You

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has a minimum of five years of experience in Paid Social and the ability to create results across platforms
• Is ready to take the next step towards a leadership role and is motivated by developing people – previous HR responsibility is not a requirement
• Combines strategic understanding with hands-on execution and has in-depth knowledge of Paid Social platforms
• Works data-driven and translates analysis and insights into concrete actions and measurable results
• Naturally takes ownership, works proactively, and structured in an international organization with many interfaces
• Communicates clearly, creates engagement, and builds strong collaborative relationships across the organization
• Is motivated by collaboration, feedback, and an environment where we succeed together
