We’re looking for you to join us as Team Lead Production (f/m/x)! Lead our professional workshop team in Ketzin, near Berlin, and ensure the smooth refurbishing of premium vehicles for Autohero’s production department. Autohero, the innovative online shop for inspected used cars, is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe’s leading automotive platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead a workshop team of approximately 50 employees and ensure the department meets its targets
• Play an active role in recruiting new team members and continuously developing your team
• Provide technical guidance on repairs, servicing, maintenance, and damage diagnostics
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement them in workshop organization and workplace design
• Carry out internal quality checks and help ensure health and safety in the workshop
• Plan and manage vehicles throughout the entire process

Requirements

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician; followed by a successfully completed master qualification (KFZ Meister)
• Several years of management experience in a comparable role
• Excellent technical understanding and practical skills
• A responsible, well-organized approach to work, with a genuine enjoyment of guiding and motivating a team
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage, along with confidence using common software applications
