Team Leader Zespołu DevOps

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our DevOps Team for our client, a software company producing solutions for the banking sector. The position is based in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 7-9 DevOps Engineers;
• Working with a team that utilizes technologies such as Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, Gradle, Git, Nexus, Java 8, Groovy, Ansible, Oracle, JMeter, Openshift, Azure, AWS;
• Maintaining and developing the company's infrastructure;

Requirements

• Sense of responsibility and ownership of the given area, focus on the client and attention to detail;
• Good understanding of the software development process including builds, tests, and monitoring environments;
• Understanding of the DevOps area;
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position;
• Knowledge of technologies and processes used by the DevOps team;
• Experience in the role of DevOps is welcome but not required;
• Higher education;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
