Responsibilities

Leadership: Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the Trade Goods Disposition team.
Planning: Ensure cost-effective and needs-based disposition of trade goods, considering supply capabilities, warehouse capacities, minimum shelf lives, and seasonal fluctuations.
Coordination: Coordinate the timely procurement of trade goods and track shipments with national and international suppliers.
Customer Support: Serve as the contact person for customer service, purchasing, logistics, sales, and related departments regarding availability, schedules, and inventory status of trade goods.
Claims Handling: Manage claims processing and invoice verification.
Forecasting: Conduct sales forecasts and coordinate quantities with suppliers and sales.
Data Management: Maintain relevant disposition master data.
Inventory Monitoring: Oversee inventories with a focus on range analysis.
Assortment Analysis: Analyze and adjust the assortment in consultation with relevant departments.
Process Optimization: Optimize ordering and procurement processes.
Reporting: Prepare statistics and analyses.

Requirements

Education: Business administration degree or vocational training with relevant professional further education and significant practical experience.
Experience: Professional experience in a similar field, combined with initial management experience.
Technical Skills: Good technical understanding and knowledge from the chemical industry.
Languages: Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
Software Proficiency: MS-Office (especially MS-Excel) and SAP ERP knowledge (MM module).
Soft Skills: Confident and goal-oriented demeanor with strong communication skills.
