Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the production area
• Ensuring timely and quality-compliant manufacturing through supervision and control of all production processes
• Disciplinary leadership, motivation, and qualification of employees
• Continuous evaluation and analysis of production metrics and derivation of improvement measures, especially in the area of OEE
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards through the creation of work instructions and BAWs as well as conducting risk assessments according to ArSiG
• Actively taking over the position of "Chief of Duty" and participating in the site coordination round
• Participation in projects

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a craft profession and further education as a master, technician, or engineer
• Several years of management experience in a comparable position is desirable
• Solid experience with KVP, shop floor, and in the determination of production metrics using the MES analysis tool
• Relevant knowledge in SAP and good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Communicative leadership personality with a solution-oriented approach and high analytical ability
• Willingness to work shifts
