Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: You will lead and manage our high-performing consulting team.
Process Optimization: You will organize and optimize processes and workflows.
Resource Management: You will be responsible for the allocation and management of human resources.
Planning and Coordination: You will plan, prepare, and coordinate external and crisis interventions.
Project Management: You will independently manage projects such as the development of new consulting methods, the further development and implementation of products, and the digitalization of processes.
Short-term Consulting: You will conduct short-term consultations for our clients: You will provide your professional consulting approach to personal, professional, and family issues through various channels (face-to-face, video, phone, chat).
Professionalism: You are well-organized, decisive, and resilient.

Requirements

Education: A completed university degree in (social) pedagogy, psychology, medicine, or related fields.
Certifications: A counseling and/or psychotherapeutic qualification.
Experience: Proven experience in leadership or management roles.
Languages: Excellent German and English language skills.
Professional Experience: Several years of experience in psychosocial counseling, therapy, or coaching.
Skills: Entrepreneurial thinking, client orientation, and a passion for working in a modern consulting environment.

Nice to Have

Training and Workshops: Enjoyment in conducting webinars, trainings, and workshops (also virtually).
Crisis and Group Interventions: Experience in crisis and/or group interventions.
