We are seeking a Teamleitung IT Infrastruktur (m/w/d) to lead and develop a technical team in infrastructure, system integration, and IT operations in Bremen. Responsibilities

• Leadership and Development: Oversee the technical and disciplinary leadership, development, and management of a team in infrastructure, system integration, and IT operations.
• System Analysis: Analyze complex IT systems and assess technical dependencies, risks, and optimization potentials.
• Architecture Planning: Plan, integrate, and develop system, network, server, and cloud architectures.
• Project Management: Manage technical implementation in mergers and integration projects, including system migrations, data transfers, interface harmonization, and infrastructure consolidation.
• Compliance: Ensure the implementation of technical requirements from NIS2, KRITIS, and B3S GKV, along with necessary documentation.
• Security and Stability: Implement security measures and continuously improve operational processes to ensure stable and secure IT operations.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Conduct monitoring, error analysis, and sustainable resolution of technical issues in critical IT environments.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for audits, inspections, and ISMS processes.
• Coordination: Collaborate closely with ISB, IT governance, departments, and external service providers to implement regulatory and technical requirements.
• Architecture Decisions: Make technical architecture decisions, define standards, and drive the continuous modernization of our IT system landscape.

Requirements

• Education: Completed IT education, ideally as a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience, including initial management experience in a similar position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in server and network environments, virtualization, storage, backup, and operating systems (Windows, possibly also Linux).
• Tools and Processes: Familiarity with monitoring, patch, and operational tools, and knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Soft Skills: Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach with the ability to maintain an overview in complex technical situations.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and the ability to develop an infrastructure team and ensure stable operations.
• Additional Skills: Experience in modernization, vendor management, or audit-compliant documentation is advantageous.

We Offer

• Flexibility and Gleitzeit: Flexible working hours within a 35-hour workweek, with the option to distribute hours over 4 days per week.

• Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from approximately €63,000 - €79,000 gross annually, including Christmas and vacation pay (14 salaries), tax-free allowances, and corporate benefits.
