About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager with 2–3 years of experience to help build and scale products within the digital marketing and ad-tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, business, and operations teams to build and enhance internal/external platforms
- Define product requirements, workflows, and feature road maps
- Drive end-to-end product life cycle from ideation to launch
- Understand advertiser, publisher, and operational pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across performance marketing, publisher development, and tech teams
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support platform integrations, automation initiatives, and process optimization
- Ensure timely delivery and execution of product initiatives
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Product Management experience
- Prior experience in digital marketing, ad-tech, martech, affiliate marketing, or app performance ecosystem
- Experience working on platform/product building
- Strong understanding of product workflows and user journeys
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc.)
- Knowledge of publisher ecosystems, performance marketing, or media buying
- Experience with automation or dashboard/reporting tools
