About the Role

As a Technical Architect, you will shape and drive the target architecture within your area of specialization, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, business objectives, and modern technology strategies.

You will play a key role in designing and evaluating technical solutions, defining architectural standards, and supporting complex transformation initiatives across application integration, infrastructure integration, and cloud environments. Working closely with architects, engineers, and project teams, you will help ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and who can provide architectural leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the technical strategy for global regulatory compliance and digital governance solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving regulations such as DORA, GDPR, AI Act, and related industry standards
• Designing and implementing automation capabilities for compliance reporting, evidence collection, controls monitoring, audit support, and risk management processes
• Delivering proof-of-concepts, pilot solutions, and applications through hands-on guidance, development, and expertise
• Investigating and consulting on major technology and digitalization trends, aligned with our needs and demands of the platform for digital insurance products
• Defining and evolving target architectures within your area of specialization
• Assessing existing solutions, identifying gaps, and developing roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Contributing to the definition and evolution of architecture standards, reference architectures, and solution patterns
• Reviewing and guiding architectural activities across projects, including evaluating and recommending technologies
• Supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of integration, cloud, and infrastructure solutions
• Collaborating with architects, developers, engineers, and project teams to ensure architectural consistency and best practices
• Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture requirements
• Supporting architecture-related analyses, solution documentation, and technical decision-making processes
• Driving modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, migrations, and the evolution of legacy solutions
• Providing knowledge sharing, mentoring, and architectural guidance to technical teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Higher education degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in technology and IT, including architecture-related roles
• Track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale cloud platforms with global reach, supporting thousands of users across multiple regions and countries
• Experience designing and implementing regulatory compliance and governance solutions within highly regulated business environments
• Understanding of global regulatory frameworks including DORA, GDPR, AI Act, SOC2, and associated technology control requirements
• Proficiency with modern technology stacks including.NET, Python, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform, and AI-enabled development tooling
• Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, process automation, and digital platform initiatives that drive meaningful business transformation
• Strong product mindset with end-to-end ownership of business-critical platforms throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Strong experience in software architecture, infrastructure architecture, or both
• Hands-on experience delivering architecture artifacts and technical designs within IT projects
• Strong understanding of modern architecture approaches, including microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures
• Practical knowledge of architecture frameworks and modeling techniques such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, UML, or similar
• Experience with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid technology environments
• Understanding of integration architectures and enterprise technology ecosystems
• Experience working in agile product and project delivery environments
• Strong analytical and solution design skills and ability to make sound technical decisions and effectively prioritize competing demands
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills as well as ability to build strong relationships and influence technical direction across teams and stakeholders
