About the Position
We are currently seeking a Technical Architect for our client, an international company in the FinTech sector, located in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities
- Leading technical projects for digital platforms and interfaces within the company;
- Coordinating development teams in various projects and technologies related to the development and maintenance of multiple platforms and all 3 layers of application architecture;
- Collaborating with the architecture team (Business Architect, Web Layer Architect, Java Architect, Database Architect) to design solutions and ensure compliance with applicable standards;
- Working with the product development team to identify and analyze functional requirements and implement software solutions;
- Analyzing requirements, providing application size estimates, developing detailed project specifications;
- Dividing the project and distributing project tasks among individual teams;
- Supporting the platform testing and system testing planning process to ensure an appropriate level of quality;
- Initiating and coordinating the process of delivering the solution to the production environment and deploying new versions of the solution;
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role;
- 10 years of experience in web application development projects and at least 3 years as an architect;
- Experience in designing services/applications and developing scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems in SOA architecture using UML tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect);
- Strong analytical and programming skills and understanding of the principles of creating solutions based on SOA architecture;
- Expert knowledge and proficiency in a wide range of JAVA technologies (JEE, Spring, XML, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, Servlets, JDBC, AXIS, JSF, Spring WebFlow, Spring Web Services, Spring Boot, Microservices, UML, and Enterprise Architect);
- Knowledge in the field of web application security, session management, relational databases, Linux, JBoss, browser compatibility;
- Experience in developing applications with a graphical interface;
- Experience in implementing projects from the analysis phase to the implementation phase in a production environment;
- Very good knowledge of English due to work in an English-speaking environment;
