Technical Archviz Artist — Revit to photoreal + 50 drone-plate composites

About the Position

Ground Effect is looking for a Technical Archviz Artist for a 50-residence condominium at Lyford Cay, Nassau, Bahamas. The role involves creating photoreal 3D builds from Revit models and compositing them with drone-plate images to visualize the unbuilt property.

Responsibilities

• Create photoreal 3D builds from the architect's Revit model and landscape architect's site plan.
• Composite 50 drone-plate images to create photoreal views from the balcony.
• Color-grade the composites to a luxury standard.
• Produce six amenity and lifestyle renders, two of which should match existing client renders.
• Handle two rounds of consolidated client revisions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable photoreal architectural visualization work.
• Experience with Revit and landscape architect's site plans.
• Ability to set up a camera rig and script or batch through a set.
• Strong planting and environment work skills.
• Honest availability through late September.
