About the Position

Technical Consultant (Pilsen)

You’ll design customer environments – from initial analysis all the way to installation and configuration of the solution. Customer requirements will go through your hands from A to Z – you’ll analyze them and help find the best possible technical solution. You’ll communicate not only with customers, but also with internal teams such as Development, QA, and Project Management. A natural part of your role will be customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and training users. By prior agreement, you’re open to occasional night work when the project requires it. And as a bonus: from time to time, you’ll have the opportunity to travel and discover interesting places.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer environments
• Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Train users on the implemented solutions
• Open to occasional night work as needed

Requirements

• Finished education in a technical field, ideally with an IT focus, or relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in IT
• Very good command of Linux and Windows
• Familiarity with virtualization tools such as VMware and VirtualBox
• Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and enjoy communication
• Comfortable using English on a daily basis; German is a big plus
• Basic understanding of software architecture
• Knowledge of SQL, UML, or any programming language is a plus
• Experience with cloud technologies is a bonus
