About the Position
Technical Delivery Manager
Remote in Ukraine
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join EPAM and lead large-scale, business-critical engagements.
This role is for a strong delivery professional who can balance customer needs, team leadership, and predictable execution. You will work with enterprise clients, manage cross-functional teams, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery - from resource planning and technical execution to overall performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex software programs across multiple teams
- Ensure predictable delivery in terms of scope, timeline, quality, and budget
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, metrics, KPIs, and reporting
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Manage expectations and escalations in a professional and structured way
- Align technical delivery with business objectives
- Lead and develop distributed, cross-functional teams
- Drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
- Support and mentor team leads and technical leaders
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability
- Manage delivery financials: forecasting, margins, and utilization
- Ensure cost control and efficient resource planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager
- Solid technical background and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience managing large distributed teams and complex programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of project financials (P&L, margins, forecasting)
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
Nice to Have
- Experience driving fixed price projects
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience in building and operation in AI SDLC framework: Agentic workflows, autonomous agents, AI Modernization, etc.
