We are hiring: Technical Game Artist

About the Position

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the Design team, helping solve complex technical challenges related to tools, workflows, game code, and Blueprints.
- Support Artists and Engineers with asset validation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions for art production pipelines.
- Create and integrate game assets and environments when needed.
- Edit, clean, and optimize character animations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for the team.
- Research and implement new technologies, tools, and workflows to improve production efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to existing processes and pipelines.
- Maintain project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Support team members during absences when required.
- Report progress and project status to the direct manager.
Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Secondary, technical, or higher education.
- English at B2 level or above (spoken and written).
- At least 3 years of experience in game development.
- Good knowledge of Unreal Engine.
- Experience with particle systems and visual effects, especially UE Niagara.
- Knowledge of C++, Python, or MAXScript.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.).
- Experience with at least one 3D modelling tool (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar).
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Substance.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

- Ability to communicate ideas effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience with other game engines.
- Knowledge of sculpting tools such as ZBrush.
- Experience with Corona Renderer or other offline rendering solutions.
- Advanced scripting skills in C++, Python, or MAXScript.
- Understanding of WebGL.
- Experience working with AI tools, neural networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
