Technical Leader

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive technical decisions and lead a cross-functional Engineering Team building enterprise-scale workflow and data processing solutions. This role combines hands-on architecture ownership with engineering leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain solution architecture
• Lead architectural design workshops and technical reviews
• Establish engineering standards and development best practices
• Drive microservices architecture and integration strategy
• Oversee system performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements
• Mentor Software Engineers and provide technical leadership
• Participate in estimation, roadmap planning, and risk management
• Support release planning and technical delivery governance
• Ensure architectural alignment across multiple product components

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience in Software Architect or Technical Leadership roles
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem
• Experience in designing distributed Microservices architectures
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and Kafka
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of database design and integration patterns
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• English level – Advanced or higher
