About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive technical decisions and lead a cross-functional Engineering Team building enterprise-scale workflow and data processing solutions. This role combines hands-on architecture ownership with engineering leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain solution architecture
- Lead architectural design workshops and technical reviews
- Establish engineering standards and development best practices
- Drive microservices architecture and integration strategy
- Oversee system performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements
- Mentor Software Engineers and provide technical leadership
- Participate in estimation, roadmap planning, and risk management
- Support release planning and technical delivery governance
- Ensure architectural alignment across multiple product components
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience in Software Architect or Technical Leadership roles
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem
- Experience in designing distributed Microservices architectures
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and Kafka
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of database design and integration patterns
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- English level – Advanced or higher
