About the Position
Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (Greece)
Location: Athens, Greece
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on fire products for customers and company employees.
- Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
- Teach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology.
- Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer needs, technical consultation, and support of key clients.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis of competitor products.
- Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company.
- Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team.
- Support the sales team with follow-up on leads in our portal.
- Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of professional experience in Security Systems.
- Working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
- Experience in installing/designing CCTV, intrusion, or other security systems.
- Experience in public speaking (as an advantage).
- Strong communication skills.
- Availability to travel for business around Greece and Cyprus.
- An outgoing personality and ability to work independently.
