About the Position

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end projects across business, IT, and client stakeholders
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into technology requirements
- Cooperate with technical teams and clients throughout project delivery
- Oversee project execution from concept and architecture through implementation
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading projects involving business, IT, and client collaboration
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering and analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Practical experience working with technical teams and client stakeholders
- Proven experience managing projects from concept and architecture to deployment
- Strong project management skills covering scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of hyperautomation and system integration environments
- Familiarity with UiPath workflows and agents
- Understanding of SAP ECC
- Practical knowledge of API-based integrations and OSS systems
- Familiarity with Kafka
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Understanding of PowerApps
- Familiarity with Tableau and dashboarding solutions
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
