About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Support Agent – German speakers for a call center in Greece. This role is not sales-oriented. You will receive International Certification, career opportunities in the IT sector after one year of working, and solid job experience. The employer also provides Work Visa Support!
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in a call center environment
- Assist customers with technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer queries
Requirements
- Educational level: High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical accreditations and specializations: Experience of at least 3 months in customer service
- Languages and language level: Fluent German (min. C1 level) and Fluent English
- Technical skills: Good knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet), Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, IOS, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger, Kaspersky Products
- Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, passionate about customer service
We Offer
- Gross Salary: €1100 monthly gross salary in 14 payments (12 months x1100 + 2 extra payments full salaries = 15400 per year)
- Accommodation Bonus: €125 monthly gross accommodation bonus
- Relocation Bonus: €100 net relocation bonus per month in voucher

- Training Completion Bonus: €100 in voucher
