Technical Support Engineer, Київ

The main task of the Technical Support Engineer is to ensure the resolution of user requests (email, web system, phone) in accordance with the SLA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the resolution of user requests via email, web system, and phone.
• Provide technical support to users.

Requirements

• Experience with SQL/CQL databases.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux administration.
• Understanding of Docker, Docker Compose, AWS, Kubernetes.
• Ability to read logs.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and front-end.
• English language skills (written and spoken) – Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to Have

• Experience with technical support for IoT products.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience with HTTP(S)/MQTT/TCP/UDP.
• Higher education in computer technologies.
