About the Position

A leading European company – manufacturer of equipment, solutions, and services for the dairy farming industry – is announcing a competition for the position of Technical Support Engineer in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users (farm personnel), dealers, and field specialists in identifying and resolving technical issues related to equipment
• Monitor and provide technical support during equipment installation and commissioning
• Collaborate with local and international teams to resolve technical issues
• Participate in the launch of new products, including technical training and support
• Prepare and deliver technical training sessions for dealers, customers, and employees
• Review and correct translations of technical documentation

Requirements

• Higher education in mechatronics, automation, electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
• Good command of English for communication with international technical teams and participation in training programs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different teams
• Ability to independently organize work processes and set priorities
• Willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad
• Valid international passport
• Confident PC user (MS Office)
• Experience in servicing or installing industrial equipment and/or similar experience in the agricultural sector will be an advantage
• Self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to take responsibility for results
• Valid driver’s license (category B) with at least 3 years of driving experience
