About the Position

We are UniTalk, an international IT product company that provides diverse and high-quality telecommunications services: from IP telephony and call tracking to voice bots and speech analytics using AI.

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist L1 with Polish proficiency, who can assist our clients with any technical issues related to our product: from setting up the workplace to providing short training on how to use our product.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients in Polish.
  • Assist with setting up and configuring our telecommunications services.
  • Monitor service performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Connect our telephony integrations to customers’ external CRM/ERP systems.
  • Write instructions and reviews for using our services.
  • Engage in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in an office in Kyiv (near Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station).
  • Experience configuring any network equipment.
  • Knowledge of network protocols (UDP, TCP, HTTP).
  • Basic skills in configuring Windows or Linux OS.
  • Polish at Upper-Intermediate+ level.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technical support.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
