About the Position
We are UniTalk, an international IT product company that provides diverse and high-quality telecommunications services: from IP telephony and call tracking to voice bots and speech analytics using AI.
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist L1 with Polish proficiency, who can assist our clients with any technical issues related to our product: from setting up the workplace to providing short training on how to use our product.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients in Polish.
- Assist with setting up and configuring our telecommunications services.
- Monitor service performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Connect our telephony integrations to customers’ external CRM/ERP systems.
- Write instructions and reviews for using our services.
- Engage in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in an office in Kyiv (near Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station).
- Experience configuring any network equipment.
- Knowledge of network protocols (UDP, TCP, HTTP).
- Basic skills in configuring Windows or Linux OS.
- Polish at Upper-Intermediate+ level.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in technical support.
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
